KDE Tip: Disable the bouncing cursor

Perhaps one of KDE's most hated default settings includes the 'bouncing cursor' application launch notification. Although the visual feedback can be absolutely useful - and even moreso was back in the days applications regularly crashed

  • it might also annoy you.

You can disable it easily though:

  1. System Settings
  2. Application and System Notifications
  3. Launch Feedback
  4. Busy Cursor
  5. No Busy Cursor
